Bring Me Bids — Common Questions
Is it really free for homeowners?
Absolutely! $0 to request, $0 to compare. You pay the contractor you choose to repair or replace your roof—never us.
Is Bring Me Bids insured?
Always. We maintain both General Liability and Professional Liability insurances.
How long does it take to get bids back?
This is a HUGE benefit to using Bring Me Bids, after we order your professional roof report from Roofr.com (usually happens the day we visit your home), you only have to wait 3 business days to get your bids! Complex roofs or storm events may take slightly longer—we’ll keep you posted.
Are you a roofing company?
Nope. We’re a bidding concierge. Because we’re not contractors and we don’t steer homeowners toward any particular company, you get unbiased information and full control. You pick which licensed roofing contractors you want bids from, you receive the bids, and you contract and pay directly with the company you trust. No pressure. No upsells.
How do you choose which contractors to invite?
We maintain a Preferred Contractor Guide of the best licensed and insured roofers in Northern Arizona. We update our list based on reviews, workmanship, and quality.
Do you mark up contractor pricing on our bids?
Nope! Contractors price their own work, the same as if you called them directly. The price they give is the price you get. No hidden add-ons.
Do I need to be home when Bring Me Bids comes?
Usually not, although we always love meeting our clients. We can gather exterior photos and order the Roofr report with your permission without you home. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured during the window we provide.
What if I decide not to move forward?
Totally fine. No obligation. No cost. If at any point you find yourself with a leaking roof and you are ready to repair or replace, we are always just a phone call away to help you get multiple bids, fast.
How do you protect my information?
We don’t sell homeowner data. Ever.
Can you help with insurance claims?
Absolutely—many of our roofers work with insurance. We can flag hail/wind indicators in your packet and make sure the licensed roofing contractor you select knows that insurance will be involved so they can coordinate everything directly with your insurance company.
What roof types do the roofing contractors in your network handle?
Asphalt shingles, tile, metal, low-slope/flat, and mixed systems. If it sheds water, we have a contractor in our network who will likely cover it.
Who warranties the work?
Your chosen roofing contractor. They’ll provide workmanship and material warranty details in their bid.
What if I need my bids faster?
Say the word. We’ll put a due date on the packet and nudge contractors for a quicker turnaround when possible.
Where do you operate?
Based in Northern Arizona (Sedona–Cottonwood–Verde Valley) and expanding. Ask if your address is just outside—we’re flexible.
How do I get started?
Just give us a call at 928-821-3472, tell us the address and your goals (repair vs. replacement). We’ll gather photos, build your packet, and send you bids from the roofing contractors of your choice so you can compare and choose what's best for you.
